During the high season, a recommended person offers yoga and massage services for an additional cost. An individual yoga class is USD$20, a group yoga session is USD$5, and a 40-minute massage session is USD$20.
Five guests can stay in the villa as long as 1 are children.
Early check-in, Late check-in or Late check-out allowed, and have extra cost.
Pets are not allowed.
There is a fine for each extra person additional to the authorized/registered ones who enter the property and stay to sleep of 50USD per day. There will be a fine charged if there are more guests than the authorized ones, even if they are visiting; no more people are accepted, you must pay 50USD for breaking this rule.

Very nice and spacious villa perfectly located. Close enough to the center of town/ other hostels where all the action is, and far enough to have peace and quiet when needed. 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, kitchen, and private outdoor space. It's just a few minute walk to the pool and beach. We really enjoyed our time in Playa Venao and hope to come back soon. // Villa muy bonita y espaciosa perfectamente ubicada. Lo suficientemente cerca del centro de la ciudad/otros albergues donde está toda la acción, y lo suficientemente lejos para tener paz y tranquilidad cuando sea necesario. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, lavadora y secadora, cocina y espacio privado al aire libre. Está a solo unos minutos a pie de la piscina y la playa. Realmente disfrutamos nuestro tiempo en Playa Venao y esperamos volver pronto.

The villa is the furthest from the club house but easy to pack and unpack your car. The guest rooms ac didn't work most of the time. They did try to fix it while we were there but it still didn't work. Check in is very extensive. I had other friends staying at the same villas in blue and didn't have to fill out and upload everyone's even children documents. The villa is clean and has everything you would need except a microwave (which we only wanted for popcorn) but not the end of the world. Over all everything was good. our check out was set for 12 and at 1210 there was cleaning people! so when they say 12 they mean 12! // La villa es la más alejada de la casa club, pero es fácil de empacar y desempacar en su automóvil. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba la mayor parte del tiempo. Intentaron arreglarlo mientras estuvimos allí, pero aún así no funcionó. El registro es muy extenso. Tenía otros amigos que se hospedaban en las mismas villas en azul y no tuve que completar y cargar los documentos de todos, incluso los niños. La villa está limpia y tiene todo lo que necesita, excepto un microondas (que solo queríamos para las palomitas de maíz), pero no el fin del mundo. Sobre todo todo estuvo bien. nuestra salida estaba programada para las 12 ya las 12:10 había gente de limpieza. así que cuando dicen 12 quieren decir 12!
