The building has 24 hour concierge security. Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment. If you break any of the building rules you may be asked to leave. Examples are making excessive noise late at night and disturbing neighbors, throwing things off the terraces, bringing back prostitutes and leaving trash in the corridors. No excessive parties with more than 10 people. As the property is only available long term all essentials are available on arrival, including all products for cleaning. However once they are used up the renter is responsible to purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay. The cleaner will ask you to buy certain products that are needed so she can keep the place organized - this is at your cost and not included in the price. No separate cleaning fee is charged. The cleaner comes 3 half days a week, subject to holidays.

Main living area - large sofa for 6 people, surround sound music system, outside terrace for 6 people, integrated dining area, bar, kitchen breakfast bar, open plan kitchen with island stove.
Master bedroom - this has a double bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom 1 - this has a double bed, desk and closet
Guest bedroom 2 - this has a double bed and closet
Maid's room/small bedroom - this is off the kitchen and has a single bed and ensuite bathroom, it has very little room to store anything.
Most beds/rooms are fitted Egyptian cotton sheets.
The kitchen is open and fully fitted, with 2 ovens 6 stove gas cooker, dishwasher and a microwave.
The laundry room, is separate and has a washer and drier.

To and from the property there are a number of transport options. In Colombia the taxi´s are inexpensive and can be called via an application or sometimes the doorman will call them for you on. There is also Uber operating in the city but it is technically illegal.
